0331 (1) C - Valid becasue based on evidence collected during complaint process and video received on 3/15/2024, this department will clos this complaint case as “valid” for inappropriate discipline, as it is likely that physical discipline occurred in the back of the vehicle on March 15, 2024, as child is heard yelling and crying only after an apparent hand swings down with some force.
